As the founder of LG@vocats, my ambition is to use the law and our creativity as tools to help our clients attain their objectives.
The capacity to listen, rigour, reactivity, conviviality, perseverance, respect and pleasure are the values that I feel strongly for and that are at the heart of our commitment to our clients.

Born in Montreal, Canada, I did a part of my studies at McGill University (1982: B.A., B.C.L; 1983: LL.B.).

In 1984, I started as a trainee lawyer with the McCarthy Tetrault firm in Montreal.

Then, I continued my studies in Paris (1985: DESS in international business law).

In 1986, after having practiced for a Canadian law firm in Paris, I became an associate with White & Case in Paris, where I focused on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

In 1990, I came to Luxembourg to join, and thereafter to lead, the legal affairs of SES-ASTRA, where I became familiar with media, telecom and large industrial and hi-tech contracts (satellite construction and launch agreements, etc).

Finally, in 1995, I created what is now LG@vocats.

My favorite fields of interest are negotiation and the drafting of industrial or hi-tech contracts, mergers and acquisitionsprivate equity and financing transactions.  I also advise on media law, IT and telecom matters.
