Etude sur la définition et les missions de service public de radiodiffusion au Luxembourg
Cette étude a été réalisée pour le Conseil National des Programmes en novembre 2006. Elle aborde successivement la notion de service public audiovisuel (définition, missions, et propositions du CNP) puis la surveillance du contenu des programmes dans les médias, en comparant la situation particulière du Luxembourg avec les autres pays européens, et plus spécifiquement l’Allemagne, la Belgique et la France.
