We act on a wide range of IT projects ranging from transactional sites selling software or other digitalised products to community sites providing a platform to host and share user generated content, or sites providing telecommunication or shopping services.  We will advise you on the regulatory framework; draft “terms of use” or “terms of business”; advise on intellectual property issues regarding site contents or data protection concerns. If the operation of a e-money platform is planned or the provision of on-line financial services is contemplated, then we will assist in the authorisation process with the regulator, etc.

On purely IT project we can assist in the negotiation of software licensing agreements.  We also assist financial institution on IT outsourcing agreements and regulatory issues.

As Editors of “the l.i.n.k.”, an electronic news letter on Information Society legal issues (see www.the-link.lu), since 2000, we strive, with an Editorial Board of some 35 firms, to keep you informed on the development of the developments of IT law.
