We will thus advise you on the tax and legal issues to take into consideration in the selection of your corporate structure given your specific business needs.  If necessary, we will adapt the articles of incorporation to meet your corporate governance requirements and/or prepare a shareholders’ agreement to reflect your understanding with your business partners.  Then, we will proceed with the creation of the selected structure. If necessary, we will assist you in obtaining a business licence, or other authorisation necessary to run your commercial activities. 

During the development phase of your business we will advise you on company law issues which you may face, such as increase (or reduction) of capital,  arrival / departure of business partners, directors’ liability, etc. 

When comes the time for alliances we will assist you negotiate the deals and manage the risks related to an acquisition or to prepare the legal ground for a merger.

If the time for dissolution and liquidation arrives, then we can manage the legal and administrative issues associated with a liquidation process and, as the case may be, act as liquidator.
