As the person responsible for our “Corporate and Domiciliation Services” Dept, my role is to take care of all the administrative services related to the everyday running of a company, from its inception to its dissolution and liquidation.
In addition, our clients tell me that they appreciate my practical approach, my ability to understand their activity, my anticipation of their needs and the speed with which I implement the solutions agreed upon to allow them to attain their business objectives.

Background
After my studies, I worked in the international commerce sector for ten years to, thereafter, direct myself towards the fiduciary activities (i.e. the provision of administrative, accounting and domiciliation services).  I have practiced this profession since 1989, initially, as an associate for a Luxembourg Fiduciary company, and then, as managing-director for another Luxembourg fiduciary company. Thereafter, I joined  a law firm to head this activity while developing my legal and tax skills.
In 2004, I decided to join the LG@vocats team to provide them with my support for the provision of administrative and company domiciliation services and to benefit from the complementary legal skills that the firm could bring me.

Day-to-day
I manage all the administrative services that we provide to client companies, such as:
- the preparation of documents relating to the incorporation of Luxembourg companies or to their corporate life (organisation of board meetings and drafting of related minutes, organisation of shareholders’ meetings and preparation of related minutes, maintenance of shareholders register, opening of bank accounts, etc.)
- if necessary, the request of business licences
- the administrative and accounting follow-up of  companies (in association with the competent government bodies, banks, notaries, accountants, fiduciaries, etc.)
- the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations (in association with accountants and/or auditors)
- the performance of the formalities required from companies in order to comply with legal requirement
- the follow up of company registered office services (in association with lawyers).

Bar
As my functions are essentially administrative, I am not a member of the Luxembourg Bar. Nevertheless, my activities are supervised by a member of the Bar

Other
I have been a member of the ITPA (the International Tax Planning Association) since 1990.

After hours
As a workaholic, my private life suffers from my overflowing professional life.  However, reading, traveling, piano and swimming are the pleasures that I haven’t yet given up on and every other spare moment is spent with my little family.
